I would just like to report an incident that happened on Sunday afternoon. I went to the Vodashop in Paarl Mall to buy a data bundle and I was very disappointed in the service that I received there. The girl that assisted me was very unfriendly, did not greet me at all and instead of asking me how she can help all she said was "yes? ". I asked for a data bundle to which she replied "number? " and after I paid she threw the slip and my credit card on the table and shouted "next customer". May I also bring to your attention that this was NOT the first time I have had an unfriendly encounter with this particular sales lady in that store. I find that this behaviour is unacceptable and this time I feel it needs to be brought to your attention. I suggest that you train your staff on how to deal with customers in future. Would it be so difficult for her to just be friendly, address people in a respectful manner and maybe hand back someone's creditcard and slip in their hands... and maybe greet them too?? I didn't ask for her name, but on my till slip it says Annelise Basson
