Nasty security and unfriendly staff

Went to exchange items i bought last week, greeted the security at the door she ddnt respond, she asked for my slip and when i handed it to her she dropped it and waited for me to pick it up which i did. The staff at the tills do not greet and do not smile at customers maybe they are volunteering and dont get paid for what they do. Pls get ur staff in order with a bit of customer service skills.
