I logged a complaint on Hellopeter regarding Vodacom continually phoning me asking for my DEAD mother around mid-January. I was finally contacted by one Eltino Martin who needed some information (YET AGAIN) and he said that this would be sent through to the legal department at Vodacom and the matter will then be closed. I specificaly asked him to contact me once the matter was resolved, or to get the legal department to do so. Guess what, SIX WEEKS LATER AND NOTHING. MY MUM HAS BEEN DEAD FOR THREE YEARS, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SORT THIS OUT??? DISGUSTING, TOTALLY UNPROFFESSIONAL AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
