Would like to say ''a very thumbs up '''to the Patience and great customer service from Motlatsi, I made a complaint, two weeks ago about my phone being at the repairs, while the the call Centre and the store were unable to Help, He went an extra mile, updating me everyday and until all I got my phone Back, Thank you keep up the good work, Honestly if its wasn't for Him, I will still be stucked, Its really not because customers want to drag the name of MTN down, all we need is good customer service.
