OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day

I would like to compliment Sibongile from KFC Roodepoort who gave me the best customer service I had ever received especially from a fast food franchise. I went to make a purchase on 30 Dec 2013 in the evening and she treated customers before me like her first customers, she was very friendly, active, going an extra mile to get the customer what ever they needed even suggested best meals to buy for family. When she interacted with me she still did the same, I even spoke to her manager and told her how impressed I was. To top it all she could be my mother's age with that enthusiasm WOW!!

I work in a call centre and Its so refreshing to receive a great service back in person. I hope that the company will recognise her hard work because this is what we as customers want when we go to the stores... OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
