I went to Vida cafe in Cavendish mall for my area Manager to buy her coffee. I left the shop happy and laughing with myself. Wow the staff is so friendly, funny and full of life. I'd love to work with people like that everyday :-) i work in the mall and k ow all about going the extra mile and meeting the customers needs... I wasn't disappointed at all!!! Just wish I could name the staff one by one:-( . They gave me EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THANK U FOR THIS. Not all customer clients know how to go the extra mile. :-) keep up the good work!!! It doesn't go unnoticed. Leanne
