I applied online for a contract with MNT and as supplied with a laptop only to find out that the laptop was a factory detect, MTN took two weeks to collect the faulty laptop and after numerous phone call finally after another two weeks informed me that they will deliver a new one. After explaining to them I will not be available to receive the delivery on certain dates they non the less proceeded to deliver on those dates, after organising again which I feel is unfair as I am the customer and asking logical questions the answers where simply i don't know but will get someone to contact me the person to contact me regarding questions about my contract was from another company that had no idea firstly how can someone be in a position she is in and not be able to give answers to logical questions, the finally they delivered the laptop after a whole day of complaining and me oragnising with RTT the courier company doing her work for her as she is meant to do that i recieved the faulty laptop as well as the new one they still have not contacted me regarding this despite many attempts and when requesting the managers details i was and to date still is just being ignored. Utter poor se
