UPGRADES SERVICE

We ordered a phone for my boyfriend's upgrade due on the 1st of March 2013, we ordered it two weeks ago and we still haven't received the phone.

Your branch at Makhado Mall (Louis Trichardt) is pathetic, they are more away from the shop than inside the shop, they also can't keep us informed on what's happening and the service, WHAT SERVICE, THERE IS NO SERVICE.

We are thinking of rather not keeping the contact by you and moving to another network where we can get better service that you offer.
