When should I "expect to be contacted"? I have still heard nothing about be getting my refund. You still have my 3G modem for your "investigation". It's become very obvious that you just write a load of nonsense as a reply to hellopeter complaints. You don't care. It's not your money. Not your problem, right? Wrong! Clearly this Blanche person that you keep saying will contact me, has no intention of contacting me... So get someone else to contact me, because I am not going away! I will not keep quiet! I will continue to post on hellopeter and Facebook until I receive the full refund. It's not my fault your website misinforms the public. It's false advertising. You refused a refund within 7 days of purchase. I tried your suggestions and they didn't work.
