I bought 3 x MP3 players through Cityslicker. Not only did it take a month to arrive but when I tried to load music, nothing happened. I was then informed by NorthStar Products (the supplier) that I need to buy an SD card in order for the MP3 player to work.

HOW CAN YOU SELL AN MP3 PLAYER AND IT DOES NOT HAVE A MEMORY CARD TO LOAD MUSIC ON!?

Cityslicker just passes on my emails, they are of NO HELP. Now I need to courier the products back to Cpt (AND PAY FOR WITH MY MONEY) in order to get a refund. Another lady reported Cityslicker here on HelloPeter for the same exact reason and she's been waiting for 5 WEEKS for a refund.

Cityslicker - you have 73 complaints loaded here on Hellopeter. You have no contact number, just an email address. CLEARLY you are hiding behind your email address because you probably had handfuls of irate customers phoning you!

I will be reporting you to the Consumer Commission and will also be contacting the media. YOU NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!
