Poor/lack of Feedback and no bandwidth

In the middle of Oct i got a CellC 3GB data package to test the signal in my area. Coverage map says full 3G. From the test I completed i have full signal and was getting bandwidth through put of 12mbps, this equates to 1.5MB per sec with is very good. I then got 2 12 month 20GB packages. My bandwidth speed all the way through December and the 1st half of Jan was as expected. I could have full HD video chats with my parents in the UK and work with out any issues.
Then from around the 15th of Jan i started having issues between 8pm and 11pm at night but during the day it was fine. I logged a call via the CellC website (no response) a week later logged another call (no response). I then phone the tec call center to log a fault (i was told they don't know what bandwidth is) which was a total waste of time. i have send email and filled out forms. I have phone buck a number of times and asked to speak to a manger and was told Donivan Nayger would call me back (no response). on Friday i drove through from alberton to Sandton to get some help and spoke to [Email Removed] filled out (no response) i get a 20KBps spike other wise i cant even open up google. Please HELP PLEASE
