2GB data package - expired on the 1Jan

I have a 2Gig per month data package and on 1 Jan it shows that it was expired already.
How can 2GB be expired on the 1st of the month?

On 1 Jan: I tried calling CellC and finally managed to speak to a person after holding for 15mins. She cut me off during the call.
I then logged a query on the CellC website
On 3 Jan; Received a mail requiring my cell no and ID non - supplied immediately
On 4 Jan; Received a response that did not make any sense, and asked for more info.
On 8 Jan; After receiving no response from Cell, sent another mail to Customer Service
On 10 Jan; Received a mail that states that the balance on the account is 2KB. But no answer as to how the balance is expired on the 1st day of the month. Asked for more information again

The Cell response time and quality is extremely poor.

Cell is cheating me by not delivering the 2GB per month bandwidth that I have paid for. Since 1 Jan I have been without any CellC internet bandwidth and no proper info from them
