Product confusion with automated emails

I have a pay as you go account with Afrihost- buy a few GB at a time, and top up when necessary.

I get bizarre emails which make no sense at all. I have asked to adjust their automated emails to the product that I subscribe, and to instead notify me when I am about to run out of bandwith. Each time I am promised it was done. Trevor, was the last in a long line of inefficient call centre representatives who treat their customers as just another call centre ticket statistic.

Today's email reads as follows:
Please note that your account [Email Removed] 5 GB Prepaid) has reached 75.06% of the total available bandwidth. Here are the details of the current account status:

Total bandwidth limit: 29.000 GB
Total bandwidth used: 21.768 GB (75.06%)
Total available (limit minus used): 7.232 GB

What is the point? They are telling me that of the total amount of bandwidth I have bought EVER, I have used 75.06% rather than when I am running low on bandwidth. Even more annoyingly these stats are incorrect (a failed transaction indicates a 5GB discrepancy).

The message also says that I will have no bandwidth until the first of the next [URL Removed] wrong product!!!
