Unable to supply constant 3G signal for internet

Over 12 months ago I signed a contract with mtn through Nashua Mobile and from day one I have had problems with a very slow connection. I have sent various emails and made phone calls and all I ever get from them is a reference number. Last week I complained yet again and I received a phone call from Nashua mobile and I received great service from them and a "new reference number" but since then the signal has got worse. I have never received a call or a visit from MTN once and I even threatened to end the contract but they don't seem to care at all. Right now I am tired of this bad service and I just want to end this contract.
