Long story, short... I upgraded my contract 2 years back with this branch, I called 24hr mobility to claim for a damaged glass on my Blackberry Torch and was advised that my service provider has not updated the details on the insurance with the new handset and still has my 8310 curve under the insurance..they said it is not a problem though as all they would need is just the upgrade docs in order to process my claim which I can get from the Cresta branch where I have done the upgrade. I called in on 01/03/2013 and spoke to Maggy
who promised me that she would do this once the systems are up... I than went into the branch on the 02/03/2013 and was advised that the admin lady would do it as soon as the systems are up (didnt get the gentleman's name who told me this) Tried calling the whole of yesterday 04/03/2013 but cant get through (number just rings and rings and rings) 011 476 8124... Tried calling again today 05/03/2013 and still no answer.. So could somebody please either give me the correct contact details or get someone who has some knowledge of customer service to call meto let me know what is the update on my query... All I ask is that I am kept informed.
