I have insured my handset with24 hr mobility, i called in and change my banking details and sent the proof of payment to Josephine and faxed to 0865292477.I have claimed on the 26/09/2013, it was confirmed to be received and sent by Pauline Goosen to Pinnacle and cc Megan Hope, ref no 24HRFGW92839_MA Mabaso. I have called 24hr mobility 2x and they have referred me to 0861238242 where i called 2 as well and spoke to Boitumelo, she advised to have escalated it further and because i have a default payment and it takes 24 - 72 hrs that was 03/10/2013, the second time again it was the same story up to today. This is totally disgusting service and if no feedback is provided within 24 hours i will take this up with the Ombudsman.
