Default judgement on credit report

Good day

Am still upset with your company... after months of proving that someone used my partner's I'd for identity and opened a account with his lost I.D they eventually closed the debt off but however the debt is reflecting on his credit report as judgment "bad debt written off"... I have spoken to samantha Solomon but with no response from her... we would like this to be handled as soon as possible..My partner is in a frantic state as this might prevent him from getting permanence in his job...
