I'm so disgusted at the service I received from MTN customer services, I got billed for data usage when I'm using a Blackberry handset after phoning into the call centre I was advised that internet usage is billed (much 2my surprise) the girl insisted I check my settings after I explained to her more than once that I've done that already, she then transfered me to data, I was told at data that I can't get my airtime back as data is charged and that I need to send Blackberry in Canada a sms to inform them I'm using a BB (what) I have never heard about such nonsense in my time of using a BB! I then sent MTN a email complaining bout the service and guess what a whole WEEK later I'm STILL waiting on either a call or sms or any form of feedback!! I'm so ever sorry I took a contract with MTN the service I received is just pathetic. Its not my first BB and I'm aware of what you should do and what not!! I have NEVER heard of anything like this before!
