I logged this complaint last week, STILL WAITING FOR RESPONSE!

I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR INTERNET USAGE DATING BACK 2 YRS. BELOW IS THE REASON VODACOM GAVE ME. I HAVE NEVER USED ANY OF THESE SERVICES, USED ANY MENTIONED. IM ON BIS!

1) Other browsers such as opera mini and Vlive including accessing the internet via the Vlive icon from the main menu.
2) Using the Blackberry sim in another device other than a Blackberry.
3) Incorrect browser settings attributing to small amounts being billed on the Blackberry.
4) Video and audio streaming (e.g., movies, songs, weather, currency, GPS).
5) Using the phone as a modem to connect to a computer.
6) International Roaming: Data roaming is much more expensive than using data when back home and can range from R17.50/MB to as much as R128.00/MB, depending on the network you are on and the country you are visiting.
It is important to know that using your BlackBerry to check your email, browse the web, use Blackberry Messenger (BBM) or any other data application, is not free when roaming as it is back home, and you will be charged at the applicable data roaming rates.
7) Bookmarks caching incorrect browser settings also incurring small charges.
