Went to do a upgrade on my phone on saturday and was told by the person that was busy helping me that she can't do upgrade for me because the account was handed over to legal. Phoned this morning to find out why it was at legal and for what reason and the person there said she are going to have to phone me back because se does not now why, my account is fully paid and the only outstanding amount is for the new month. I have also contacted the consumer law as well about this, this morning and it is not the first time that i am having trouble with Autopage since i have open the account with them i am having with them.
