No iMac for a month from Core Group!

My iMac (and a few other things) was struck by lightening on 8 Feb 2013. My insurance company (Outsurance) processed my claim quickly and found someone to replace the items. Almost a month has gone by, and they are still waiting for stock of the new iMac. I have been told that no-one in the country has stock. My biggest complaint is that no-one can give me an estimated date of arrival. I have been on hold with The Core Group a number of times, and eventually the pre-recorded message asks you to leave your number and they will call you back... they never do.

Is Apple aware of the poor service and delivery that South Africans are receiving? I use my machine for work, and owning my own business, I have suffered greatly due to this!
