On 26th August 2013 my iMac was pickup by Vincent for repairs. On the 28th August I received a quote for repairs and told by Jessica I needed to pay in full for work to commence, which I paid in full on that day. I was told it would take 2 weeks to complete. 2 weeks later on 09th Sept, after my followup, Vincent told that they had found another problem, a burnt board, and needed another payment in full to complete - which I did on that very day. Again after I followed up on 16th Sept, Jessica assured me that my iMac would be delivered on Tuesday 17th the very next day. Since Tuesday I have called, sms'ed, e-mailed both Jessica and Vincent several times daily but my calls are not answered and I get no reply via any means from either of them - its as though they have disappeared? They where very quick to take the money & told false promises on return date! They now have my iMac 21.5", I can't get hold of them and can't get a simple response from them. I see on their website they sell iMac's - is mine in that stash? I feel like I've been out of my iMac & taken for a few thousand rands here!
