Autopage and mtn no service to my complaint

Good day madam/ sirs
I will like you to assist me if it is possible. I renew my contract with Autupage MTN in August I receive a BlackBerry and from November I experience
A drop of my air time even when I"m sleeping. Till this moment I sent e-mail to MTN and to Autopage, I went FOUR times to Autopage ant I report to
them and I tell them that I estimate apx R150 a month of my air time taken off with out even I use my phone. They check and confirm I don't have
any extra on my phone, they say they will check with I.T and revert to me. Till this moment I have NO reply to my e-mails, only on the 20-12-2013 I
receive a call from Autopage ph. Number 0116502394 at 1242 I was given insurances that they look in to it and revert to me but I STILL waiting and
same time my air time continuing dropping. I feel very disappointed with the way Autopage use their clients because I been with Autopage from 1986
.I notice this only now due to I am a pensioner and every cent it is very valuable to me. I hear so many good things about your organaisation and i will
really appreciate to any assistance.
