After my previous complaint, I was contacted by Najma Moosa and advised that I would be credited for the deduction taken off due to their error as well as an additional credit to apologise for the mistake. I received my latest statement, and no credit has been allocated (why am I not surprised??)!
Nobody responds to emails sent to the dedicated email address I was given for further issues.
Autopage, all you provide is lip service. I am bitterly disappointed!
