Hi

I stay in Doringkloof, in the Centurion area. I pay every month for a 4MB line yet every night from 6 pm to around pm the line is completely useless. I have tried the Telkom guest account as well as various ISP trial accounts and they all confirm that the exchange is congested or there is a fault of some kind. However, since last week Monday (7 January) Telkom has consistently ignored the faults that I log.

I am not getting the service I pay for and this is nonsense. Why can't I get the service I fork out for each month?

My previous reference number was: 697CTK130114

They even smsed me to alert me to it that they apparently fixed the problem on Wednesday (15 January), clearly this is nonsense. I am sitting here with a ping of 800 to local sites. Really miffed.
