To start off with, i have been a telkom client for over 2 years i have recently been having serious internet problems, i call and they assist then the problem happens again and so it goes on, yesterday 2/3/2013 when i called in, i was told it is because i was not on the data pack i was paying for, problem 1 billing]so i was told that was being sent to the relevant dep, problem 2 false advertising]i am to this day 36hrs past still having problems with my internet, i tried to call the 10210 nr and the computer tells me it only operates during office hours, please look at the link.. [URL Removed] says Technical Support: 06:00 - 24:00 Monday to Sunday saterday 1pm is when i called in.what mus i do, i asked i wanted to move to web africa to be told i must pay anyway and then they will credit me, how do you still expect me to pay for such service, if i dont get a response from telkom by tuesday i will be taking this matter further, in the mean time, dont expect a payment from me till this matter is resolved
