I just installed an ADSL line, the one that is running on R399 for 5 GB at the moment. The speed promised is 1.4MB per second. I called Telkom yesterday to complain that the speed was 9 KB per second in my house and Themba from the technical department said he was fixing it, recreation a port or something like that. We still had the same problem and I called again today. The lady that assisted me this time told me im capped. I dont have any data available. I therefore asked how come as i just installed this danm thing. She told me I ran out. Its been only 2 days and we havent been able to use the internet because of the ridiculous speed. Someone called to tell me we'll be charged prorata end of February because we have these 3 days estra but the bloddy thing is not working. Either this is fixed or send someone to come uninstall this thing because im not paying for this nonsense. i will try other providers for better service and faster internet. This has better be sorted out today.
