I have tried calling Vodacom Help Center 3 times already, to no avail. I have logged my complain on their FB page, and received no response. Hello Peter is now my last resort. Here's my problem:
I'm a fairly new BlackBerry user and didn't know when you recharge your BlackBerry bundle, there is two kinds you have to consider. Apparently, the Curve and the Q10 series must be charged differently. So I recharge from FNB online banking, not knowing that it was only meant for Q10 while I have a Curve. When it wouldn't work, I tried to load air time on my BB and recharge the BB bundle from 111, but then it informed me there was an error. I called the help center and they explained that the first one must be cancelled first before I can activate my BIS. And that it will take 24 hours. It's now 3 days later and I'm still waiting for them to cancel or contacting me. This must be the worst ever service I've encountered in my whole life. It just doesn't help to phone them, no one there is interested in helping. Where is the technicians they keep promising? And BlackBerry should change these stuff or they will lose customers. I'm one who consider changing to my usual cell phone.
