Incorrect cancelations and pending refunds

I Debbie Camp is really not impressed with 8ta, i have been having problems since Nov 2012, trying to sort out the over debiting on my account and trying to get my refund .have spoken to numerous call centre agents who have excalated the query to supervisors who has also excalted this to Managers and to date nothing has been done. Having a contract were R125 was to be deducted to R1760.17 is just rediculous, this is the worst network ever .would not advise anybody to do business with them. I await feedback from 8ta ASAP and this to be sorted out as I am going to take this further.
