Bad signal and illegal charges

For months now the signal is very poor around Secunda (apparently around Gauteng too), my signal drops 3-5 times in a single call, forcing me to redial and pay for another call. Last two weeks there is no signal, for most of the day I struggle to make a call (no connection) I cant even send a proper sms!! Vodacom please... this problem affects alot of things in alot of peoples lives! This must stop.
