UNACCEPTABLE MTN INSURANCE SERVICE

I have been a client for 10 years of MTN. My account has never been less than R1000 per month. I've paid insurance every month and only used it about once. Recently I had a water insident where my phone fell into the water. I called the insurance and they helped me with a loan phone while repairing the water damaged one. After a long 8 weeks of ME phoning THEM for updates, I finally got an answer that is been repaired.. I paid the excess, phone arrived here Friday. Surprise surprise... it still wasnt working. The Water damp was still inside the screen and now the BB button on the phone wasnt working either. I charged it for 10 min to see if that would help but still nothing. This is very frustrating as I have waited so long, and still no luck. I called MTN Insurance on so many occasions where I was holding on for more than 45 minutes pushing my account even further high because of their slack of service. As a client of MTN for so long, being loyal and am due for an upgrade soon, I am seriously considering changing networks. I dont want my old damaged phone back, that is why I pay insurance. I want a new phone replaced. hopefully MTN wil take me seriously NOW!!
