My contract with cell c has been cancelled, initially I was disappointed since they are the cheapest. In some cases it's true what they say "You get what you pay for". I have had nothing but displeasure in trying to resolve the issue. From being told they would keep me updated, to even that an investigation as to why I had been told to cancel my contract, in order to take out the same contract, but just at a lesser price with them at a cell c store at the Glen shopping mall. In each case I was told they would call me back. Not once, did I get a call back back from them. Ive spent my own time and money trying to resolve their problem so I could get on with it. Even asked for a reference number, only to be told they don't do reference numbers, I wonder why. Are their phone calls even recorded. Spoke to this one guy at customer services who sounded very aggressive and made me feel very uneasy. His unwillingness to help was very apparent. Anyway to add to my awful experience with dealing with cell c, my contract has been expired for the last two months, but they still deducting money from my account. Sent them an e mail with proof of cancellation, still no reply. No surprises their.
