TAKING MONEY FROM ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION

I was contacted on 15 April to subscribe to a Cell C Get it promotion. I clearly declined. At the end of May 2013 an amount of R39 was deducted from my bank account TWICE for exactly the service which I perfectly made clear I was not interested in! An amount of R39 was again deducted in June. After numerous phone calls to a certain Keagen and Nigel who promised me that I would get my refund nothing has been done. They told me that the refund or activation of the promotion to my cell phone was a mistake. Surely this is - taking money from one's account when one specifically said no to a product! Most disappointed in Cell C. Never want to engage any of the consultants ever again.
