Refusing to fix a phone which is under warantee

Good day

On the 7 July 2011 I signed a contract for BB 9800. On 24 Jan 2012 I sent it for repairs and was replaced with BB9810 on the 10 Feb 2012. Before the end of July 2013 I sent my BB9810 for repairs again. On the 8 or 9 Aug I got a call from Ilze saying it's going to costs me more than R2000.00 to fix the phone, do I accept the quote. I told her the phone is still under warrantee and I am not supposed to pay. She said she is going to take it up with the repairer then. On Thursday the 8 I got an sms from saying my phone has been sent to CPT. I called Ilse and asked her why I'm getting the sms and when did they fix the phone and she said the phone is fixed and will be sent to CPT. She said if I have any problems I should contact her.

Went to collect the phone yesterday and I was told the phone is not fixed because I did not accept the quote. I sent mail to Ilse to call me and she reply saying phone lines faulty, cannot make calls. I called the switchboard and I was advised that there is nothing wrong with the phones.
