Once again pathetic

For the third time under a year I have had to send my blackberry in for repairs for the exact same simple problem. They obviously haven't fixed it properly last two times i've sent the phone in. I have now been waiting for 3weeks for my phone to be repaired. It has been with the technical repair centre for 3weeks, this is pathetic. No feedback besides them telling me it is still with repairs. I can't wait to remove myself from this pathetic service!!!
