Bad Stock, using warranty as an excuse

3-4 months ago i took my phone into the store to be repaired. After 2 weeks i was told they could not fix the phone and therefore replaced the phone. What they neglected to mention is that they replaced it with someone's broken phone. 3 months down the line with my so called replacement phone i took it back to the store because it too was not working. I was then told my warranty has expired on 1 August and i will need to pay to have my phone fixed. Why should i have to pay to have a phone fixed when i was not given a new handset to begin with, i was given somebodies old phone that was fixed. I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of attempting to have my second handset received from telkom fixed and i want to now cancel both my contracts i have with them.
