My phone was delivered on the 4th October 2011. On the 11th of June I re opened my line which was closed due to none payment. I then received a statement saying I must pay for sim and connection fee, when I called the call centre they told me that the system shows that I took the contract on the 11th June 2013, I then posted my complain and they reversed the charges. Yesterday I called the call centre because I wanted to cancel my contract, the guy that I spoke to told me that I have to pay penalty fee because my contract was taken on the 11th June 2013. I explained to him that was an error from their side. I don't understand why they haven't rectified the problem on the system cause really I want to cancel the contract with 8ta. It has been one problem after the other ever since I took my contract with them in 2011. I still have my papers which shows the date when the phone was delivered.
