Blackberry 9320 changed 3 times & still overheats

Phone was changed 3 times in a week and half & it still overheats when surfing the net or facebook. Within 5-8mins of being on these applications the phone heats up.

Vodacom says this is the first time they experiencing this issue!

Changing the phone is fine but resolving the issue is my concern.

Further the attitude of their staff is appauling! think vodacom staff need to be reminded that their Customers keep them is business!
