Lackberry booked for repai

I m very dissappoint with the service I got from mtn in greenstone I took a blackberry 9360 a purple in colour on the 30/01/2013 and I was told it will take 10 working days ok it was booked after ten days the phone was not back I was told they have stock problems so I got a call on thursday saying the fone is back. Today I go to fetch the phone the guy (bennie) tells me the colour is changed to my suprise I didn't get any call informing me about that so now all I want is to get that phone I took in not a black phone I m really dissappointend with all of this cause h can MTN make me wait over a month to get my phone back cause they had stock issues then they change the colour without informing. Very angry
