3 months ago i reported a problem of bad latency with 8ta. They sent out a technician and he said he will report the problem as there was a latency and speed issue in the area. It took them almost one month to realize that it was the tower.

The problem was fixed but its now 3 months later and we are back to square 1. I have up to latency on your network. I am a software developer and i need my internet to connect to work to monitor my programs at night.
Thank you 8ta for a disappointing service.

if you are a software developer or thinking of getting 8ta i would strongly NOT recommend it. Rather try cellc as their support team is kicking compared to the one of 8ta.
