Poor Response to Complaint

I wrote a complaint and got a kind diplomatic note from Vodacom to say they would contact me shortly, which they did. And oh boy did they promise me the world. Someone was going to come and test my network strength and towers are going to be erected.
They were going to look into the black listing issue on my phone and get back to me.

How disappointing that I have not heard from them since. I was contacted by a technical person that once again brought up the new tower discussion. I asked him to come back to me as to when. With all due respect the residents of Secunda have been promised this for 2 years now and there is no delivery on any commitments made.

Why would vodacom even bother pretending that they are interest in fixing my issues if the intention is to then just ignore me and my problems again. These issues do not go away, I face them everyday all day over and over again. I again today had to call approx. 6 times before a call went through.

Once again I make the statement: "I am embarrassed at the amount of money I spend at this organisation for the poor service they deliver" I can now even expand and say that your complaints department doesn't even perform!
