Good day All

I have a huge problem with Regent Insurance Company, my mother put a claim on Monday the 29th August 2013, they asked to fax and email all her documents and she did that on the same day, no one responded to her, she made a telephone follow up and there was no positive response eventually on the 27th August 2013 a laday responded to our agressive email she sent a form to fill and she also requested some documentation for the 2nd time we then fax and email all those documents together with a sign form she sent to us and there after there was no response today we received a voice message from Brenda who has no surname who has requested another sign documents which she sad she will email to us and that was 09h55 this morning we have never received that document from Brenda and when we call regent nobody knows who is this Brenda.

I dont know if Regent is playing games with us, we've been paying them every month when it their turn to respond to our claims they play hide and seek, we signed a policy which clearly stated that their turn around time is 48hrs and now they took over a month and yet there is no feedback.

REGENT needs to act on their poor service.
