Shocking customer service!

I have an urgent issue with my Vodacom account in terms of biiling. I am being billed according to an incorrect contract as sim cards have been swapped. I could not pick up the issue until 5 months into the contract and as such was being billed large sums of money for out of bundle rates, the reason I could nto pick this up is that no statements where been sent to me. All information was clearly on the contracts but nobody bothered to input them. They did however manage to input our bank details perfectly. I then had to write a letter to rectify their mistake which is now done and then I picked up the billing issue when I finally started receiving statements.
I have now gone into vodacom to address the entire issue and this was done more then 1 week ago, I am still waiting for anyone from Vodacom to contact us. Until then I ave been advised to not change anything and as such it is costing me more money. The customer service is shocking for such a large business. not one call, update, progress report, acknowledgement of the problem??? Please advise?
