DISCONTINUED LINE BEING BILLED FOR

I have already tried to sort it out with Telkom themselves, this is my last resort. We have a line that the telkmo technicians have confirmed is discontinued but when I call in they tell me the line is active even though there has been no usage on my bill for the past THREE years. I would like my money back for this line, totalling almost R12 000.00.
