Since I upgrades my contract less than a year back, I just have problems with my Nokia E5!!! My phone had already been in for a software upgrade!!! I phoned the call center to sort out the issue for me, but it literally only worked for 3 days, then had the same problems!!! I live in the countryside and it is 77.3 km's to my nearest Vodacare!!! I can not regularly drive to Cape Town to sort out such silly issues what happens regularly!!! It cost ME money!!! I pay my contract, you never had problems to get my money!!! What can I do to get an exchange unit and I want the phone in a sealed box!!! I DON'T have confidence in the Nokia E5!!! The people at the Vodashop in Malmesbury promised me, they had not yet come backs on the Nokia E5, but I put up with problems!!! I also experienced signal problems, that I've never experienced in the past with my other phones!!! Can someone please contact me as soon as possible!!! I am very unhappy!!!
