AFTER BEING SHUNTED FROM WALK IN CENTERS AND HOLDING ON THE 10210 PINNACLE VALUED CUSTOMER LINE (WHAT A JOKE) FOR HOURS TO CONFIRM CANCELLATION/TERMINATION OF TELEPHONE LINES - TO BE TOLD THAT PHONES WILL BE CUT 2 WEEKS AFTER DUE DATE AND WE HAVE TO PAY THE RENTAL BECAUSE TELKOM DECIDES THAT - THAT IS THE DATE THEY THEY WOULD LIKE TO TERMINATE YOUR SERVICE - THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE - I WILL NOT PAY FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE - THEY CAN PULL THE RECORDINGS OF THE DATES AND TIME OF MY CALLS TO VERIFY THAT THEIR INCOMPETENT STAFF DON'T KNOW THEIR A@@@ FROM THEIR ELBOWS. YOU CAN CUT MY LINES (YES PLEASE) AND SUE ME FOR THE BALANCE -TELKOM - I DON'T NEED YOUR SO CALLED SERVICES! HELD ON THE " PINNACLE VALUED CUSTOMER SERVICE" LINE YESTERDAY FOR 1 HOUR 20MIN - TODAY ALREADY HAD THE PHONE "DIE" IN MY EAR AND STILL WAITING FOR OVER HALF AN HOUR - THANK YOU TELKOM FOR YOUR WONDER SERVICE - SO NOT
