8ta chat is the biggest. I'm using 8ta prepaid for quit some time now and i recently purchased another simcard to use on my 3Gready wifi router, but struggled to get it working. so I asked for assistance from the 8ta chat to an agent link on the 8ta website. Sibusiso was the fool you answered and when i explained my problem to him he just disappeared. so i asked in a nice way if he was unable to assist me, which is understandable he just works in a call centre, i still didn't get any response. For a new service provider 8ta is the worst, you would think that they would try and do as much for their customers as possible but just to be ignored is just plain rude!
