I have no network coverage, my upload and download speeds are non-existant. I went to cell C Reds Mall. The service there was honestly not good. They tested my modem which worked. They could not even give me the correct number when telling me to call their data division.
I logged a call with their data division on 12/02/13. They tried to help me but then decided it was a network issue which would take 7 WORKING DAYS to check out? I called again on 15/02/13, they had not done anything. I called again on 19/02/13. They told me the network technicians had logged on the system that they could not resolve the issue as they do not have my address... I have a contract, how would they not have my address??? They relogged a call for the technicians, made it priority. I have phoned them on numerous occasions, left many messages for staff and teamleaders to call me back. They just don't care. I have been through AT LEAST 15 staff members there. It is now 28/02/13, still no network, still no calls. Not even an apology. I am still paying for a service I cannot use! Cell C, you should not be allowed to trade with the stinky service that you offer.
