Overcharge for ADSL

On 12-12-2012 I entered into a 6 month contract for ADSL data as per the promotion MWEB had at the time and still have up to 31-03-2013.

The cost was clearly stipulated as R199 per month with the 1st 2 months free.

From the 3rd month MWEB dediced to bill and deduct the amount of R326.93.

The following was the e-mail I received on 12-12-2012 07h56 in writing to confirm the cost of the service:

"Good Morning,

Please note, it was a typing error on my side. The package activated was the Uncapped 1MB at R199.

Regards

Bramwell Barnes."

I hope MWEB would answer their e-mail in this regard and explain the reason for the additional amount.

Thanks for having an avenue to voice our dissatisfaction with services and being ripped of.
