Poor Experience with new iphone 5 talk 240contract

Telecommunications

Since 17th Jan to 25 Feb 2013 I have battled to get my phone and contract active and working. It started with online sales where I place the order with clear instructions of my requirements which all went fairly well until the first week of Feb when I did not receive my new phone. Many calls later and emails I was informed that there was something wrong with porting my cell phone number. The excuses and promises as the days dragged on and still no resolution. I was then directed to activation's 082 1945 and then my real frustrations started long waiting time for anyone to answer, the call back feature works sometimes and very little communication. I even managed to get hold of a manager who just forgot about me. I was left in the dark! I kept asking for a reference number and to date I still don't have one. Then I was told all is sorted out and I will have the phone in 3 to 5 working days that was the 6th of Feb, I got it on the 21th, then the SIM would not work, porting problems again, O No! It got connected on the 25th then the next problem they cancelled my car SIM (twin call) & then to top it all off my call ID was not sold to me & I was told to pay R9ish. Really bad experience!
